1. What do you need to buy to optimise your permanent hair removal?
Cooling gel is necessary to optimise your treatment (minimum of 2 tubes of gel for legs).
Protective glasses are also necessary (consider buying 2 pairs of glasses in case you have the treatment done by a third party)

How many cooling gels will be required?

Number of cooling gels required depending on the areas treated.

The number of cooling gels required does not vary according to the technology used, be it laser epilation or pulsed light epilation.

2. How does delivery work?
Within France, delivery takes place within 48 hours via Colissimo tracking (La Poste).
For other countries, delivery takes place within 7 days via Colissimo international tracking (La Poste).

3. What do you do if your appliance is not working?
In the event that your product is non-functional, please check if it is still under guarantee and contact us on +33 (0)954657525.

4. What payment methods are accepted?

5. What should you do if your credit card does not work on our website?
You have two options:
    1. Contact us by phone to complete the transaction over the telephone
    2. Choose another payment method (Paypal, Bank wire, Cheque…)

6. Is permanent removal of light-coloured hair possible?
Only the Espil IPL is able to remove light-coloured/blond hair permanently.
Indeed, the Espil IPL is the only device to have the necessary power (25 joules) to process the light hair permanently:
- dark, medium or light hair
- fine or thick hair
- olive-coloured or light skin tone

7. Is permanent removal on dark skins possible?
Only the Dépil Pro is able to remove light-coloured/blond hair permanently.
In fact, Dépil Pro is unique in that it offers the following functioning modes:
- olive-coloured or light skin tone
- fine or thick hair
- dark, medium or light hair
